Infinix Android Featured In for review

This is the freshly announced Infinix Note 60 Pro, and it looks a lot like an iPhone 17 Pro Max - see it on video. With that out of the way, let's do an unboxing.

The phone ships with a generous helping of accessories - USB cable, 90W charger, USB earbuds, and a MagSafe-enabled case.

Let's talk specs. The Infinix Note 60 Pro uses the Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 SoC with a vapor chamber for cooling. Infinix says to expect up to 120fps in popular titles like Honor of Kings. The phone's 6,500mAh battery (some markets will get 6,000mAh) has bypass charging for gaming, too.

Speaking of charging, you get 90W wired and 30W wireless rates. There's also something Infinix calls a "battery self-healing" feature to reduce long-term wear. In essence, it combines chemistry and charging control to slow down aging.

Upfront sits a 6.78-inch 144Hz AMOLED with up to 4,500 nits of peak brightness and a Gorilla Glass 7i layer of protection.

The Infinix Note 60 Pro runs Android 16 with Infinix's XOS 16 on top. You get three years of OS updates and 5 years of security support.

The phone is solidly built - metal and glass - but it's among the slipperiest devices we've handled of late.

So, here are some unique Infinixsms on the Note 60 Pro. You get a custom button on the upper left side that can be customized to do different things - by default, it activates the mute switch.

On the lower right side, there's a heart rate and blood oxygen sensor, which works in tandem with Infinix's Health suite. We would've been better served by a different custom button or a camera control key, but hey.

Then, there's the Active Matrix Display, which illuminates pixels on the camera island. You can choose custom animations and emojis - cute!

And, just like the Infinix Note Edge we reviewed last week, the Note 60 Pro has a Halo light status indicator that you can customize.
