Department of Information and Communicaitons Technology (DICT) released a blocking order against Discord. (via DZRH)

The Cybercrime Investigation and Coordinating Center (CICC) clarified that the extension granted in connection with its 24 hour directive applies only to Reddit and does not cover Discord.
