@adsliaison Our MCC account got hacked on 7th July 2025 and we submitted the compromised ad account application on 10 July 2025 and it has been more than 2 and half months passed we did not recive the credit adjustment. We have been charged $592.7K due to compromissed mcc account

Hi I am facing severe issue with X ads my campaign has not delivering from the last one wee, i tried creating a new campaign but it did not work. What is the issue.
I reached out ot @AdsSupport and @AlephXGlobal team but no solution provided.
@X is there any issue with the ads manager i have campaign which is not delivering any impressions since last 7 days. I have contacted @AdsSupport on messenger @AlephXGlobal but could not get any conclusive solution to the problem.
