How are young people supposed to live??
2/ People are working 2-3 jobs and STILL can't afford rent
I’ve talked to so many Canadians who are 1 paycheck away from being homeless
This is not normal 🇨🇦
3/ The government keeps saying "we're building more homes"
But new builds take years. We need solutions NOW.
Immigration + low housing supply = disaster
4/ Who is most affected?
Students, new immigrants, single parents, and middle class families
Even people making $80K/year can't buy a house
5/ What needs to happen?
- More affordable housing built FAST
- Stop corporate landlords from buying everything
- Rent control that actually works
