How about my situation, I purchased 20.00 of eth thru coinbase just after it became legal in Canada back in 2016, now they won't even answer my emails because my 2fa got lost on previous phone....I GUESS COINBASE SIMPLY DOES NOT CARE ABOUT ANYTHING other then there own earnings
