15 Day Refund Policy

Applies To: All services, digital products, and curriculum packages offered by WorldTeachESL LLC DBA WorldTeach Pathways

Our Commitment


At WorldTeach Pathways, we take pride in delivering high-quality curriculum solutions and educational services. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 15-day refund policy from the date of purchase or contract initiation.

Eligibility for Refund


You may request a refund if:

  • Your request is made within 15 calendar days of purchase or project start date

  • You have not yet received final delivery of the full curriculum or service

  • You have not downloaded or accessed more than 25% of digital content

  • You provide a clear reason for dissatisfaction, allowing us an opportunity to resolve the issue


Non-Refundable Items


Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Services already rendered (consultations, strategy calls, training sessions)

  • Completed curriculum packages or modules that have been delivered in full

  • Customized or client-branded content once work has begun

  • Promotional, discounted, or bundled purchases clearly marked as non-refundable

  • Subscription-based services after the initial 15-day period


How to Request a Refund


To initiate a refund request, please email us.


Include the following in your message:

  • Your name and order number

  • Purchase date and product/service description

  • Reason for the refund request

 

We will respond within 3 business days to confirm receipt and outline next steps.

Processing Time


Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
