- @diamondbuses please ask your drivers of VH1 service through Boothstown to cut the engine when waiting on Boothshall Way. Local councillor has contacted you several times about it. Bus idles for 15 minutes out of 30 behind my garden. Stop air and noise pollution please.

- Don't like the new @HSBC online banking service. won't let me use faster payment for a credit card bill. 7 mins to queue in their IVR. Poor!
