Step 1
Download or open the T-Life app.

Step 2
Select the Manage tab > See plans > Manage add-ons, then scroll down to select the streaming benefit you want and click “Continue.”

Step 3
Continue following the prompts to link an existing account or create a new one and link it to your T-Mobile account.

This includes our discounted phone plans like 55+, Military, First Responder or Student Perks.

  • Yes. If you have one or more of lines on your account, you’re eligible for the Netflix ON US benefit: Experience More 2.0, Experience Beyond 2.0, Experience More, Experience Beyond, Go5G, Next, Go5G Plus™ or Magenta® MAX plan. This includes our discounted phone plans like 55+, Military, First Responder and Student Perks.

  • Activation is required for new and existing Netflix members to link the Netflix subscription to T-Mobile. Log into your T-Mobile account to redeem and activate any Netflix plan. Log into My.T-mobile, select Account, and then select Manage add-ons and benefits to redeem and activate any Netflix plan. T-Mobile pays Netflix directly for you. For customers with an existing Netflix account, activation is still required.

  • It's no problem. If you are not on a qualifying plan, you can still select a Netflix plan to conveniently bill your Netflix subscription through T-Mobile. First, enroll in the Netflix subscription through T-Mobile here. Once you enroll, you must then complete the activation step to link the Netflix subscription to your T-Mobile bill; both new and existing Netflix members must activate. You’ll see the cost included in your T-Mobile bill.
