One4Studio Icon Packs Privacy Policy

One4Studio (“we”, “our”, or “us”) provides icon pack applications for Android. This policy applies to all One4Studio icon packs and explains what data they may process, why it is used, and the choices available to you. Features differ between packs, so a data type is processed only when the corresponding feature exists and you choose to use it.

Data Our Icon Packs May Process

  • Approximate location (optional): Icon packs that include a weather widget may request approximate location permission after showing an explanation. If granted, an approximate latitude and longitude is sent to Open-Meteo over HTTPS to retrieve local weather. The latest location and forecast may be cached locally. You can deny or revoke this permission at any time.
  • Installed app information (optional): The icon request screen reads launchable apps installed on your device so it can show which icons are missing. This list stays on your device unless you select apps and explicitly send a request. A request may contain the selected app names, package/component identifiers, and source icons and is sent through the email app you choose. Requests are never sent automatically.
  • Purchase information (optional): Google Play Billing provides purchase status and order identifiers for paid unlocks and Premium icon requests. An order identifier may be included in a Premium request so we can verify it and prevent fraud. We never receive or store your payment-card details.
  • Icon quality reports and support messages (optional):If you report an outdated, incorrect, or low-quality icon, the app may send the pack and icon identifiers, selected reason, your note, app version, and device manufacturer/model to our Supabase report queue. If you contact us by email, we receive the address and content you choose to send.
  • Diagnostics (pack-dependent): Some icon packs may use anonymous usage analytics or crash reports to improve stability. The applicable Google Play Data safety section identifies whether a particular pack uses these services. Mercury Icon Pack does not use Firebase Analytics or Firebase Crashlytics.

How We Use Your Information

We use data only to:

  • Provide icon packs and optional weather widgets
  • Process user-initiated icon requests and quality reports
  • Verify purchases, unlock paid features, and prevent request fraud
  • Provide support, fix incorrect icons, and improve app stability

Advertising

Paid icon packs, including Mercury Icon Pack, do not contain advertising and do not use data for advertising or cross-app tracking. Some free, ad-supported One4Studio icon packs may use Google AdMob. When ads are present, that pack's Google Play listing and Data safety section disclose them.

Third-Party Services

Depending on the features available in a particular icon pack, it may communicate with:

  • Google Play Services for Android platform features and approximate location
  • Google Play Billing for purchases and purchase verification
  • Open-Meteo for local weather forecasts
  • Supabase for user-initiated icon quality reports and content feeds
  • Your selected email provider when you send an icon request or support message
  • Firebase Analytics or Crashlytics only in packs where those services are enabled
  • Google AdMob only in free, ad-supported packs

Network data is transmitted using HTTPS. These providers may process data under their own privacy policies.

Retention and Deletion

Weather cache, request history, and purchase state stored on your device can be removed by clearing the app's data or uninstalling it. Icon requests, quality reports, and support correspondence are retained only as long as reasonably necessary to process them, prevent abuse, and improve the packs. Our icon packs do not create a One4Studio user account. To request deletion of a request, report, or support message, contact us below and provide enough information for us to identify it.

Data Security

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your information. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Children's Privacy

Our apps are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy on this page.
