System76 has unveiled the Thelio Prime, an 11-liter Linux mini PC starting at $1,599 and built around AMD Ryzen 9000 desktop processors. The compact system supports up to 96 GB of DDR5 memory, 8 TB of NVMe storage and optional AMD or Nvidia graphics, with sales beginning November 18.

TechEpiphany has released Mindfactory's CPU sales for weeks 14 and 15 of 2026. The data shows that AMD continues to dominate the overall sales. However, Intel CPU sales seem to have improved. That said, TechEpiphany claims that the decline in CPU sales is unprecedented.

Moore's Law Is Dead has, for the first time, revealed renders of AMD Zen 7 "Grimlock Ridge" desktop CPUs. The Zen 7 Grimlock Ridge desktop CPUs will allegedly bring up to 32 cores, courtesy of 16-core CCDs. AMD will reportedly also offer a mainstream 8-core Zen 7 CPU called "Grimlock Silverlake".
