Mediatek Dimensity 7300

联发科技 Dimensity 7300 是一款基于 ARM 的中端 SoC,适用于(主要基于Android 的)智能手机。集成的中央处理器分为两个集群,一个集群有四个较大的 ARM Cortex-A78 内核,主频高达 2.5 GHz,另一个集群有四个 ARM Cortex-A55 内核,主频高达 2 GHz。

除了集成的 ARM Mali-G615 MC2 iGPU 外,7300 还为人工智能任务提供了联发科 APU 655。此外,还安装了 5G 多模调制解调器(2G - 5G),下载速度高达 3.27 Gbps。除 Wi-Fi 6E 外,还支持蓝牙 5.4。

该芯片采用现代 4 纳米工艺制造,据称功耗比旧式的 Dimensity 7050.
