Samsung Galaxy F08 ships with Android 17 and a promise of up to six major OS upgrades, a long runway for a budget F-series phone. It shares its chassis with the Samsung Galaxy M08, in Dark Blue with a glass front, plastic back, and plastic frame.
IP64 handles dust and splash resistance at 167.4 x 77.4 x 8.0 mm and 197 g. Unlocks run through a side-mounted fingerprint sensor, with Circle to Search, Quick Share, Knox Vault, SmartThings, stereo speakers, a 3.5mm jack, and FM radio among the extras.

Samsung Galaxy F08 uses a 6.72-inch PLS LCD at 720 x 1600 pixels, a 20:9 ratio, and about 262 ppi. Screen-to-body is about 85.2%, and the panel refreshes at 90Hz. There is no dual display.
Platform duty falls to the Mediatek Helio G99 (6 nm), with an octa-core CPU (2×2.2 GHz Cortex-A76 and 6×2.0 GHz Cortex-A55) and a Mali-G57 MC2 GPU. The phone ships on Android 17 with One UI and up to 6 major Android upgrades.
You get 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage. A dedicated microSDXC slot expands that when the base footprint fills up.
Rear video tops out at 1080p at 30fps or 120fps. The front 8 MP camera also records video, which is enough for chats and quick clips.
The stills kit pairs a 50 MP f/1.8 wide camera (1/2.76-inch sensor, 0.64µm pixels, PDAF) with a 2 MP f/2.4 depth lens and an LED flash. Selfies use an 8 MP f/2.0 wide front camera with a 1/4.0-inch sensor and 1.12µm pixels.
Galaxy F08 carries a non-removable 6,000mAh battery with 25W wired charging. USB Type-C 2.0 is the charge and data port.
Galaxy F08 Price in Nigeria
The Galaxy F08 goes for about 144,700 Naira (109 USD). That is a shade under its M-series twin, aimed at shoppers who want the same Helio G99 package in F branding.
Shoppers who liked last year’s M lane can still weigh the Samsung Galaxy M07. Realme’s 14 Pro Lite is another midrange path, and the Tecno Pova 8 Pro 5G fits if battery-first phones are higher on the list.
