Lava Virat Curve arrives as a midrange 5G handset in a 162.3 x 73.5 x 8.6 mm body that weighs 184 g, with IP64 protection for dust and water splashes plus MIL-STD-810H compliance that does not guarantee ruggedness or use in extreme conditions. A rear mini display sits on the back for quick status checks without waking the main panel.
Heritage Indigo, Makrana Ivory, and Ellora Slate are the three colorways. An optical under-display fingerprint reader and an infrared port cover the everyday extras ahead of the September 28, 2026 availability window.

Lava Virat Curve uses a 6.67-inch AMOLED with 1 billion colors, a 120Hz refresh rate, and 1100-nit peak brightness. Resolution is 1080 x 2400 at a 20:9 ratio, about 395 ppi, with a ~90.0% screen-to-body ratio and no dual display listed for the main face.
Inside is MediaTek’s Dimensity 7100 on a 6 nm process, pairing an octa-core CPU (4×2.4 GHz Cortex-A78 and 4×2.0 GHz Cortex-A55) with a Mali-G610 MC2 GPU. Software starts on Android 16 with a promise of up to 2 major OS updates.
The Virat Curve ships as a single memory cut: 6GB of RAM with 128GB of UFS 2.2 storage. There is no microSD slot, so you are locked to that 128GB footprint.
Rear video tops out at 1440p at 30fps, with 1080p at 30fps also available, and the 13MP front camera matches those same 1440p and 1080p at 30fps recording options for selfies and video calls.
Still photography centers on a single 50MP wide rear camera with a 1/2.8-inch sensor and PDAF, backed by an LED flash, HDR, and panorama. Up front, the 13MP shooter handles portraits and chat without a second rear lens to lean on.
Power comes from a non-removable 6,000mAh Li-Po pack with 45W wired charging that is quoted at 50% in 19 minutes and a full charge in 92 minutes.
Lava Virat Curve Price in Nigeria
The Lava Virat Curve goes for about 272,800 Naira (206 USD). That keeps it in budget 5G territory for shoppers who want AMOLED and a big battery without flagship pricing.
If you want another affordable 5G Android in this band, the Oppo K14 Lite is a close rival. Tecno’s Spark 50 4G covers a similar value lane, and the Xiaomi Poco C95 Pro is another midrange option if you prefer Xiaomi’s Poco branding.
