Microsoft’s Article 9 Commitments Regarding Microsoft Teams and Microsoft 365

These are the Commitments that Microsoft entered into with the European Commission addressing concerns raised by the European Commission related to Microsoft Teams and Microsoft 365.  These Commitment are in accordance with Article 9 of Council Regulation No 1/2003 in Cases AT.40721 and AT.40873. Microsoft agreed to these Commitments in 2025 to resolve the concerns laid out in the European Commission’s Statement of Objections issued in June of 2024. Microsoft is pleased to have resolved this matter.
