Summer internship program
Each summer, Mesirow welcomes college students to gain hands-on industry experience across the firm. Over the course of a 9-week program, talented students leverage their unique backgrounds, knowledge and ideas in support of optimal business solutions and tailored products.

Rotational Analyst program
The Rotational Analyst program serves undergraduate or master's students focused on careers in financial services. This two-year program consists of four six-month rotations across businesses including Private Capital and Currency. Participants engage with the firm's diverse business lines, make firmwide connections, and develop critical leadership skills.

Upon completion of the two-year program, participants have an opportunity join one of our business units on a full-time basis.
Tuition reimbursement
Mesirow has a long history of supporting employees as they obtain additional certifications and degrees. The firm offers a robust tuition reimbursement for both undergraduate and post-graduate education.
