보호 문서는 일반 사용자가 수정 또는 이동할 수 없는 문서입니다. 관리자 권한을 가진 사용자만이 보호된 페이지를 수정하거나 이동할 수 있습니다. 또한 관리자만이 문서를 보호하거나 해제할 수 있습니다.
Each activity of protecting or unprotecting a page is saved in its edit history.
특정 문서를 보호하는 이유는 여러 가지입니다.
- 공�� 위키에서는 훼손의 주요 타깃이 되거나 잘못된 페이지로 이동될 수 있고, 이로 인하여 심각한 영향을 끼칠 수 있는 문서는 보호됩니다.
- 기업 위키에서는 관리자에 의해 승인된 내용만을 포함하도록 하고 정상적인 승인 절차 없이 내용을 변경할 수 없도록 문서를 보호합니다.
Types of protections
Two types of protection levels exist on MediaWiki by default.
- Semi protected – This option prevents new and unregistered users from editing the page. It is best used to curb vandalism. On a page's protection settings, this option is specified as
자동 인증된 사용자만 허용. - Fully protected – This option allows only administrators to edit the page. It is used to stop edit wars, for legal reasons, curb large-scale disruptions, etc. On a page's protection settings, this option is specified as
관리자만 허용.
Wikis can define additional protection levels using the $wgRestrictionLevels configuration setting.
문서 보호는 위키의 협동 정신을 제한하므로 가능한 한 자제되어야 합니다.
How to protect a page
Click on the 도구 drop-down menu, and select 보호.
You will be asked to choose the type of protection and also to add a reason for the protection.
For the type of protection, choose either 자동 인증된 사용자만 허용 or 관리자만 허용.
Select an expiration time from the drop-down menu, or choose 다른 기간.
Manually entered time values are parsed by php's strtotime function.
How to unprotect a page
Click on the 도구 drop-down menu, and select 보호 설정 변경.
You will be asked to choose the type of protection and also to add a reason for the protection.
For the type of protection, choose 모든 사용자에게 허용.
