Windows reports individual file sizes and folder summaries in the same binary units (GiB, MiB, KiB) it uses for drives, just with the decimal labels slapped on top. So a file showing as "13.3 GB" in File Explorer is actually 13.3 gibibytes. If you right-click a file and check Properties, you'll see two values: Size (the exact byte count --- If you take that and convert it to gibibytes (you could just Google it), you’ll land right back at the same “GB” figure Explorer shows.) and Size on disk (the space actually allocated, rounded up to the nearest cluster). The raw byte number is the only truly unambiguous figure in that whole window.

sorry about that; you can connect a Bluetooth keyboard and mouse to your phone, and they should work without issue. If you prefer a wired setup, using a phone dock would be a good option as well.
