I subscribed to 1000 Mbps and never had speed problems, except when using an old laptop with a hardware limit of 100 Mbps. Besides I use Ethernet whenever possible. If your ISP provides 100 Mbps and you use WiFi with limited speed or old hardware, you will always have connection problems no matter what you do. If you have dead spots use a wi.fi repeater. Everything else are illusions.
