National AccessAbility Week highlights the contributions and leadership of people with disabilities, along with the work being done across Canada to remove barriers and build a more disability confident Canada. This year’s theme, Building a Strong, Accessible Canada, is a call to action. A stronger Canada depends on full participation. That means removing barriers and ensuring people with disabilities can lead, contribute, and grow in every space. Access is not optional. It is foundational. #NAAW2026 #InclusionMatters #AccessibleCanada #UntappedTalent

About us
855,000 people with disabilities in Canada are ready to work. Untapped Talent exists to make sure employers are ready for them. We partner with organizations at every stage of their disability confidence journey — providing the tools, training, and community to build inclusive workplaces. Untapped Talent is a platform powered by CCRW. CCRW has been Canada’s leading organization on disability and work for the past 50 years. CCRW creates more accessible opportunities by working with others, building skills, sharing ideas, and changing how people think about disability and work. Untapped Talent was created as a space for employers and job seekers with disabilities, regardless if they are a part of CCRW's programs, to be able to connect and access resources that will support them on their accessibility journey.
