I recently had the opportunity to attend the Allies in Action event in Toronto, organized by Society for Canadian Women in Science and Technology (SCWIST) . The event was both insightful and inspiring. I attended a workshop led by Trevor Mayoh , where he spoke about handling pressure in daily life, understanding some of the challenges men commonly face, and learning ways to take care of mental well-being. I truly appreciate his session and the important message he shared. I also enjoyed the STEM networking session, where I connected with students and professionals from similar backgrounds and fields. It was a wonderful chance to meet new people, share experiences, and expand my network. In addition, the panel discussion about the journey from graduation to success was very informative and gave valuable insights into career development and future opportunities. Thank very much for sharing and motivation us Lola Oyefeso ; Ritika Saraswat and Wayne Hinds. Thank you to SCWIST for organizing such a meaningful event.
