The Nobility of Work

 Since the fall of man, work has been a struggle for mankind but there was a time when work was always satisfying, creative, and energizing at all times and it brought energy and life into the created world.

 All of us deep down know that work has the potential to be like this. We have a desire for work to be this way for us. The choice is one of perspective, how we view work in general and how we view our particular job.

 Whenever any of us makes any effort to ennoble our work it changes the atmosphere around us because first it changes us. It brings a feeling of satisfaction, goodness, value and quality. Why else do we admire finely crafted items?

 When we ennoble our work our productivity, morale and self-dignity increase and we want this for everyone. If we are finding joy in our work we want to share that joy and help others to discover that in their work. We also become more efficient and creative and make an amazing impact on our world around us and to the community, nation and world.

 We have a chance everyday to change our world and make it a better place.
