Mentally, We're Here: May 2026
This month, we’re celebrating the heroes who are shaping the future of mental health in the workplace, the HR and benefits leaders supporting their teams through #MentalHealthAwarenessMonth and beyond.
As June begins, we're looking ahead with strategies to keep that momentum going and support employee well-being all year long.
Celebrating Our Mental Health Heroes
Earlier this month, our customers and partners gathered in Scottsdale to celebrate the incredible work being done to transform mental health care. It was the perfect backdrop for our annual Lyra Breakthrough conference, where we gathered for dynamic roundtables, intimate fireside chats, and presented the 2026 Workforce Mental Health Awards.
We’re sharing our deepest gratitude for the exceptional people and organizations setting a new standard for employee well-being. Please join us in celebrating, Cummins Inc. , T-Mobile , AdventHealth , Eli Lilly and Company , Catalight , AT&T , and eBay !
Renowned psychiatrist and best-selling author, Dr. Judith Joseph MD MBA , brought her research lab to the stage with a keynote on the science of happiness, and reminded us that we’re all built with joy in our DNA.
Olympic Gold Medalist Lindsey Vonn and Lyra’s Senior Vice President of Customer Success Susan Wyatt, MPH closed us out with an honest discussion about what it really takes to keep moving forward—not just in sport, but in leadership and in life.
To our Lyra Health customers, partners, providers, and members: You are our mental health heroes. Your passion for mental health and wellbeing is what keeps Lyra moving forward. Thank you!
