Make Mental Health Take Priority In Your Workplace

Make Mental Health Take Priority In Your Workplace

Learn to talk about mental health and take a step forward as a society.

With 45% of Australians experiencing a mental health problem in their lifetime, it is likely that at some point, every worker will be affected by mental illness, either directly or indirectly.

While businesses may have the best intentions, if their operational supervisors, managers and employees are not informed, the end result could be costly, both to workers and the business. It makes good business sense that supervisors and managers be informed regarding mental health issues to ensure their team members are being supported and productive at work.
