Today, we have such a vast amount of resources (LinkedIn Learning, Audio books, YouTube, Google). Make professional development a part of your daily routine. I found that listening to audio books, YouTube videos, and LinkedIn Learning courses during my commute to-and-from work Is an easy and pratical way to stay on top of current industry trends while sharpening my career skills.
