I think Cambridge can provide free courses for teachers. Only very few countries are giving good pay for teachers. Inspite of heavy load of teaching and other extra works, we are eager to learn with a low pay. Few courses are free I knew.But pls provide courses on Assessment and subject specific for free.
It is great inspiration, I am looking forward to it!
