Some personal news: I’ve joined Pronto as Associate Director - Brand. In a space where informality has been the norm for decades, Pronto has made very conscious choices around how they recruit, screen, train, and deploy every single Professional through their hubs across India. The result is something the Indian household help space hasn't had before, with real focus on Pros’ safety and genuine investment in their lives beyond just the job. That’s the part I want to help tell. I’m a few days in, meeting the larger team, visiting the hubs, and trying to absorb how this complex set of operations works from the inside.
