These aren't gaps in ambition. They're gaps in access. We ran a Financial Awareness Workshop in Gurugram as part of Power Up, our initiative to give Pronto Pros the tools to build a better life. The session covered practical ground: how to protect digital payments, the difference between RDs and FDs, the 50-30-20 budgeting rule, SIPs, mutual funds, and how to set personal financial goals. Our Pros asked real questions about their own money, their own futures. They were planning. Asking follow-ups. Thinking about goals they hadn't been asked to think about before. For a lot of our Pros, this is new territory. Predictable, formal income. Money that shows up on time, every time. But nobody in their lives sits them down and says, "Here's what you can do with it now." The job is step one. We've always believed that. But powering someone's financial life, giving them the knowledge to actually build something with their earnings, that's where formalization starts to mean something real. We're proud of this one.
