Why did we choose to operate on a hub model? Our Pronto professionals are out there every single day, moving between homes, giving their best, and we realised that they deserve a real place to breathe, to rest between their daily bookings, charge their phones, hangout and chill with other professionals! Especially, considering the scorching summer heat! That's exactly why we built the Hub Model - a dedicated space where our professionals can come in, and rest before they hop to their next booking! Because we know taking care of your home starts with taking care of the people who show up for it.

My two year old made a run for the society gate. I ran after him. By the time I caught up, he had already stopped. In front of his Ujala Didi. Just standing there. Looking at her. She comes when our regular help is away. We book her through Pronto. Over the months, more often than not, it's been Ujala who gets assigned. She shows, cleans, leaves, and we rate her five stars. That's the transaction. Or we thought so. But there she was, talking to Shiv, calling him babu. Asking if his cold is better. My son is shy. He doesn't open up easily. But he acts as if he has always known her. And she isn't the only one. The building security, who always keep one eye on Shiv, even when I don't. The laundry person, who holds the lift door open, while Shiv takes his time to get his scooter in. The delivery guy who, seeing me on a work call, says, "Aap OTP baadme dedena, bhaiya" None of them were meant to be part of our story. But they very much are. They say it takes a village to raise a child. Living in the city, it's easy to feel we are on our own. But maybe we arent. Maybe we already have our village. #india #careers Pronto

Giving someone work and a source of income and calling it formalization is lazy. If a Pronto Professional earns consistent income for the first time in her life, and nobody teaches her how to save it, invest it, or protect it from a UPI scam, we haven't formalized anything. This is the problem I think about constantly. The stuff that doesn't show up in a job description but determines whether someone's life actually changes. We ran a Financial Awareness Workshop in Gurugram through our Power Up initiative. SIPs, mutual funds, the 50-30-20 budgeting rule, recurring deposits, fixed deposits, digital payment safety. Practical knowledge that most of us absorb from family or friends or learn, but what most Pronto Pros have never had access to. The home services industry loves to talk about "dignifying" work. But dignity without financial literacy is just a nicer sounding version of the same cycle. You earn, you spend, you earn again. Nothing compounds. What I saw in that room was different. Pronto Pros asking sharp questions about investment timelines. Comparing deposit options. Thinking about their money as something with a future. The job is step one. But if you stop there, you're not building anything lasting. Step two is making sure people know what to do with what they earn. That's the part most companies skip. Pronto doesn't.

Here’s a controversial opinion: You aren’t meant for household chores… You are meant for working on your growth and skill development! Your weekends should be reserved for networking, growth, rest, and doing things that actually matter to you - not household chores! You've got bigger things to build, and we get that! Hence, we are here… to get your chores done. Your career deserves your best energy. Not what's left after the laundry. So, let us help you, while you build your dream life! #prontoprofessionals #brandstory #careergrowth #householdchores

This is why we built Pronto… Ask any working professional and they'll tell you that finding a trustworthy house help is genuinely stressful. Not because good people don't exist. But because there's no real way to know. So most people either manage alone or go with whoever someone loosely recommends. And honestly? That's not good enough! And so, that's the gap that we are aiming to fill! Every professional at Pronto goes through proper background verification. Real-time tracking on every service. Complete transparency and accountability. Verified professionals. Background checks aren't some premium add-on - they're the bare minimum! Your home, your rules, your safety. No compromises, our promise! #Safetyfirst #Prontoprofessionals #verifiedprofessionals #brandstory

When we talk about formalization in home services, the conversation usually stops at consistent income and verified work. But formalization is more than that. It's about what happens after someone earns their first predictable paycheck. For many Pronto Professionals, nobody in their circle talks about saving, investing, or even spotting a UPI fraud. These aren't gaps in ambition. They're gaps in access. We ran a Financial Awareness Workshop in Gurugram as part of Power Up, our initiative to give Pronto Pros the tools to build a better life. The session covered practical ground: how to protect digital payments, the difference between RDs and FDs, the 50-30-20 budgeting rule, SIPs, mutual funds, and how to set personal financial goals. Our Pros asked real questions about their own money, their own futures. They were planning. Asking follow-ups. Thinking about goals they hadn't been asked to think about before. For a lot of our Pros, this is new territory. Predictable, formal income. Money that shows up on time, every time. But nobody in their lives sits them down and says, "Here's what you can do with it now." The job is step one. We've always believed that. But powering someone's financial life, giving them the knowledge to actually build something with their earnings, that's where formalization starts to mean something real. We're proud of this one. More Power Up sessions coming.

74% of working mothers still handle all domestic work alone National data reveals that more than 74% of working mothers in urban India manage their household responsibilities - on top of full-time jobs, alone! Every week…. For years! But here's what the data also shows: It's not lack of willingness to delegate. It's a lack of trusted options. When asked why they don't hire help, women cite: Safety concerns (primary barrier) Reliability issues (secondary) Coordination hassle (third) Notice what's missing? Cost doesn't even crack the top three. Women aren't choosing exhaustion over help. They're choosing safety and reliability over uncertainty. Pronto eliminates these barriers by providing verified professionals, complete background checks, quicker response times, transparent, trackable, and providing accountablity. #pronto #verifiedprofessionals #househelp #brandstory
