Myth: “Start with a pilot, figure it out later.” Truth: Pilot without diagnosis = chaos faster. A pilot isn’t the first move. It’s the 4th or 5th move. We start with structured discovery. We quantify hours, error rates, and handoffs. Then we model ROI at 50/75/90% adoption. This is how we separate interesting ideas vs. business outcomes. Only then is a pilot obvious — and safer. That’s how you avoid shelfware and internal chaos.

We see it all too often. Organizations fall in love with the problem. These three structures get them out of the weeds and rolling again: 🪧 Cut the noise. Focus only on facts and data that change a decision. ⏱️ Put a clock on it. A well chosen deadline is a powerful tool. 🌪️ If you hear “what if” or “what about,” you haven’t hit root cause. Don’t get locked into to the problem. Use structure to reset and find a solution.
