Turner Reports 50% YoY Growth in New Orders

Turner Construction Company delivered a strong Q1 2026, with growth in revenue, backlog and new orders. Performance was underpinned by sustained demand across data centres, healthcare and commercial markets, and by Turner’s ability to deliver at scale across engineering, supply chain, manufacturing and operations. These capabilities make Turner a core part of HOCHTIEF and the ACS Group’s global platform. Congratulations to the Turner team on an outstanding result and a strong contribution to the Group.

One of the most useful ways to evaluate performance across multi-site SNF operations is by looking beyond total revenue and focusing on metrics like revenue and EBITDA per patient day. Normalizing for census and facility size often provides much clearer operational insight.

We delivered another strong quarter in Q1 with Enterprise Revenue $3.5 billion, up 6% year-over-year while expanding operating margin across both business segments, and growing adjusted EPS at 11%. Building upon the great progress and positive momentum in Q1, we also raised full-year guidance for Revenue and adjusted EPS. A big “THANK YOU” to all of our colleagues around the world. Labcorp continues to advance its strategic priorities, including to "Drive personalized health solutions" and in the quarter it: "- Grew Consumer Health and expanded the Labcorp OnDemand test portfolio with new tests for insulin resistance and pancreatic function, as well as customizable men's and women's health tests. - In May, the company will launch MyLabcorp, a secure, AI-powered mobile app that brings an individual's test results and health data together with clinical guidance to help consumers better understand their test results."

We reported our Q1 results this morning, marking a strong start to the year for Labcorp. Our performance was driven by demand across our diagnostics portfolio and continued momentum in both Diagnostics and Biopharma Laboratory Services.   We advanced specialty testing across key areas including oncology, neurology, women’s health and autoimmune disease, grew our consumer health business, and continued to expand partnerships with health systems and regional and local laboratories across the country. GenieRx Holdings Wins Bankuptcy Bid for Omnicare’s Assets By: John Santilli https://lnkd.in/eSM8AYuS   Omnicare, LLC, the long-term care pharmacy subsidiary of CVS Health Corporation, began de-consolidating from its parent company following a voluntary Chapter 11 bankruptcy filing on September 22, 2025.  The bankruptcy encompassed 111 debtor entities serving more than 800,000 patients annually across 4,000+ skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, and other long-term care settings in 47 states. Omnicare secured $110 million in debtor-in-possession financing from JMB Capital Partners to fund a 363 sale process. A $250 million stalking horse bid for long-term care pharmacy services provider Omnicare was approved by a Texas bankruptcy judge, setting up a potential May auction for the company’s assets. Omnicare announced earlier this month it had entered into a sales agreement with GenieRx Holdings, which offers virtual healthcare and medication services, in a joint partnership between private investment firm Milrose Capital and healthcare investment and management firm Integro Asset Management, doing business as Integro Healthcare Services. US  Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Texas Dallas Division Judge Stacey G. Jernigan approved the agreement. As the stalking horse bidder, GenieRx established a baseline for the sale of Cincinnati-based Omnicare’s assets while allowing other interested parties to submit competing bids.
