AI video is moving at pace, and we’re building with it here at The 10 Group. Over the past few months, our animation team has stepped up its approach, evolving how AI fits into our creative process and building workflows that keep pace with the speed of the technology. New models like Veo, Kling AI and Flux are unlocking new levels of quality. But it’s how we’re integrating them that’s making the difference, combining tools through node-based workflows, planning scenes in detail, and refining key frames to shape the final output. The result is more controlled, more considered work, with the ability to respond to feedback in a precise and iterative way. Less “prompt and pray”. More craft, process and intention. We’re really seeing the difference, and so are our clients. #The10Group #AI #CreativeTechnology #Animation #ContentProduction #GenerativeAI

After 1 year of building AI animation, I still can't fully solve the "AI feel." When we started, I thought it was a technical problem. Better models, higher frame rates, smoother motion — just wait for the tech to catch up. I was wrong. The "AI feel" isn't about resolution or smoothness. Human animators move characters because they understand why the character moves that way. Every frame carries an emotional decision. AI generates frames by pattern-matching against what motion "should" look like. The outputs can look similar. But watch for 30 minutes — and something feels off. So I stopped waiting for the technology to improve. And started asking a different question: Instead of "how do we teach AI to animate with intention" — Can we design stories that work within what AI does naturally? I don't know if this is the right answer. But "wait for the tech to catch up" is a strategy I've let go of. What's your take — is this a technical problem, or a story design problem? 👇 #AIAnime #JapaneseIP #StartupFounder #BuildInPublic

Have you ever imagined that a few lines of text could generate visuals that once required months of production and massive budgets? I recently developed this 2.5D Parallax Animation, blending hyper-realism with a dreamy aesthetic. This project is more than just a visual experiment; it’s a glimpse into how Generative AI is fundamentally reshaping the landscape of video production. What does the future of AI hold? We are moving beyond simple automation. AI is becoming a Creative Partner that offers: Limitless Creative Freedom: Brands can now craft unique worlds—like this serene, moonlit landscape without the constraints of physical sets or weather conditions. Unprecedented Efficiency: Complex animations that used to take weeks are now being conceptualized and rendered in a fraction of the time. Technical Precision: With AI, we can now simulate specific cinematic behaviors, from 35mm lens perspectives to natural light physics, with stunning accuracy. The era of Generative Video is here, and my mission is to push the boundaries of AI-augmented storytelling to help brands tell more immersive and impactful stories. How do you see AI changing your industry in the next 5 years? Let’s discuss in the comments! #AIContentCreator #AIVideoProduction #GenerativeAI #ArtificialIntelligence #LinkedInNetworking #FutureOfTech #CinematicAI #NexvidStudio #TechInnovation #AIStorytelling #DigitalTransformation #VideoMarketing #Veo3

Most people think "Your Goal" requires 10x the effort. But as this animation shows, adding the right Smart Tools (AI, research, planning) is what actually moves the needle. It’s not about pulling the lever harder; it’s about building a better pulley system.

Innovation and Storytelling with AI We’re introducing the teaser for Superfruits Squad: Part 2 — a project where we combine animation expertise and storytelling with generative AI to push production further. This approach allows us to: ✅ Optimize execution: Faster environment and asset creation without compromising quality. ✅ Ensure consistency: character fidelity across every scene using trained models. ✅ Enhance visual output: improved lighting and effects through AI integration. A clear example of producing faster while maintaining creative control and high-end results. #EdmanTV #AIAnimation #Animation #VFX #AI #VideoProduction #Innovation #DigitalStorytelling #ContentCreation

Stop worrying that your ads look “too AI.” Lean into it. AI works best when you use it for obviously-AI animation/claymation that still stops the scroll. That’s far more effective than spending hours trying to engineer the perfect AI video that "doesn’t look AI".

Despite the rapid evolution of AI, the author's vision remains the most critical nuance. It is the creator’s unique ability to use these tools to tell compelling stories and evoke deep human emotions - making the final result feel as alive and soulful as classic, hand-crafted animation. A visionary artist will always transcend those who only possess technical skills. As tools continue to advance, the importance of creative vision only grows, proving that the true heart of any masterpiece lies in the inspiration behind the technology. Lately I've found myself thinking about how AI can be included in my workflow as a motion Designer. It's high time I started doing that research and see what is in it for the future. Aside from maybe scripting, I want to see other possibilities that will come using AI. Thanks to Maayan Tzuriel she released one trick they implemented with AI for a Base44 video released recently. Turning Day to night and repeating the cycle. Link to the post in the comment session Curious about anyone implementing AI in their workflow as motion designer yet? Looking forward to hearing from you. #motion #animation #motiondesign #productaniamtion #founder

How I use AI :) Instead of spending hours on 3D rendering and motion animation, I used AI-assisted mockups I built digitally and turned them into motion. The thinking was mine. The brief, the positioning, the decisions - mine. AI handled the execution time, not the creative direction. That’s the distinction most people miss. AI makes me a faster executor which means more time for the work that actually requires a human: understanding what a brand needs to say and why. I use AI so I can think more. :) Don't miss the new amaizing products from nadiapetrova.bg

You might think making stuff with AI is super easy, right? But it's not always like that Besides having a good eye for art and some experience making real-life or animated stuff, you also gotta know how to write good prompts and pick the right AI model that can turn your prompt into an awesome picture or animation Sometimes, it takes hours and costs money to get just one really good shot from the AI that doesn't have too many mistakes These days, "prompt engineering" is a real job, and it takes skill Sure, you can make stuff with AI too, but the difference between what you make and what a pro makes is pretty big When I made this ads , I tried to use my experience making commercials as 3D animator and my AI knowledge to get the best result I'd love to hear what you think of it, so drop a comment and let me know what's on your mind

Production speed in video is not proof of a good process Most teams are tracking render time. Few are tracking brief quality. A 2025 study published in MDPI on AI-assisted animation production found this clearly: efficiency gains peak when AI covers 30–70% of the workflow. Push past that, and quality drops with it. That points directly to where the real bottleneck is. Not in generation. In what comes before it: visual standards that live only in someone's head, undefined acceptance criteria, briefs that shift mid-production. AI layered on top of an unstructured process doesn't fix the chaos — it just moves faster through it. What actually scales video production is setup. A validated project template. Brand specs the tool can actually follow. A QA checklist before delivery. Not bureaucracy — the difference between a one-off and a repeatable pipeline. Speed is the output of a well-built system. Not evidence that one exists. #VideoProduction #MotionDesign #CreativeAutomation #DesignSystems #AI Source: https://lnkd.in/dhKQNAJY https://lnkd.in/dugVFVrh
