In GTM Systems you have to trade between visibility and leverage Let’s setup a hypothetical. You’ve got 10k accounts that you need to enrich, score, segment and work. You can do all of this by hand (crazy low leverage), you could deterministic rules, or you could leverage AI/agents (highest leverage) The more leverage you have (10k agents enriching custom data points) the less visibility to have into what happens for each data point And let’s say this (like basically any modern GTM system) is a multi step process, so the visibility only decreases for each new layer How do you increase visibility into high leverage systems? Find your leverage point Add logging at your first and last enrichment points and use an agent to sample + summarize (think of this as an adversarial agent that runs QA) That may not always be the right answer, since really it is dependent on your unique GTM context + constraints. But ID your bottleneck, figure out the right leverage to solve for it and make it as visible as possible with the right tooling in place

Dashboards, feeds and alerts are killing our focus. I believe AI and the Future of User Interfaces can fix that. Instead of throwing a mountain of information at us and creating analysis paralysis, I think we're looking at an action based future. One card. One action. At a time. Imagine you get to the office and login to your dashboard. Your action plan includes: 1. Signing off on the client deck AI drafted for today’s meeting. 2. Choosing the best follow-up email AI suggests for a key account. If done well then we'll move from a world in which we're drowning in data to executing the right next step. This kind of action-first design will level up the average employee by 10X by helping them focus on the most important thing and improving the quality of their output. I'm curious if anyone has seen this play out effectively in the wild yet?
