4D Reconstruction, long-reach manipulator arms, and Position-Robust Policy Learning are examples of the research areas our 2025 Summer Interns worked on. As the summer of 2026 approaches, in this video, we’re taking a moment to applaud our 2025 cohort of Summer Interns: Rahul Krishna Avasarala, Stanley Wang, Stephen Tian, Suzannah Wistreich, Teo Ren (Tian-Ao Ren), and Yimeng Qin (Yimeng Q.) The 2026 SRC Summer Internship program will open to students soon. We look forward to supporting our interns with community, special events, access to crucial equipment, lab space, and mentorship.

The cultivation of exceptional talent often begins with one's very first professional experience. Wells Fargo’s emphasis on its internship program is highly significant. For young professionals, an internship serves as more than just an opportunity to gain insight into a company; it is a crucial starting point for mastering professional standards, learning the dynamics of teamwork, and understanding the inner workings of the financial industry. Truly enduring institutions—those that maintain a leading position over the long term—do not focus solely on business growth; they also make a sustained commitment to nurturing the next generation of talent. An "induction week" such as this serves a purpose far beyond merely welcoming newcomers; it is designed to help them build professional confidence and establish a clear sense of direction for their careers. We wish this year’s interns a fulfilling, memorable, and immensely rewarding summer.
We’re counting down to our 2026 intern induction week and can’t wait to welcome this year’s intern class. Here’s a look back at last year’s induction week as we prepare for another exciting summer. https://lnkd.in/ejPPSBXN

Amid cuts to federal arts funding tied to the Trump administration and the DOGE initiative, Jennifer Rubio, the co-founder of Away, and Stewart Butterfield, the co-founder of Slack, are endowing the Metropolitan Museum of Art’s paid internship program in perpetuity with a gift of more than $23 million. The funding will permanently sustain internships for undergraduate and graduate students — programs that have long served as a critical entry point into the arts, but have historically been inaccessible to many due to financial barriers.

This class is personal for me. I have spent years working with employers and watching talented young professionals stumble over things that were completely avoidable — not because they were unmotivated or unprepared for the work, but because no one had taught them how to navigate the workplace. Now my own children are this age, and I see it through both lenses: as a professional and as a parent. Our kids are smart and capable, but they don’t always know what they don’t know. Have your student join me for Intern 101. I’ll be sharing real stories and practical guidance to help them start their summer internship with confidence. https://lnkd.in/ekBME68t

Smart students don’t always know the unwritten rules of the workplace — and that’s exactly why I’m teaching Intern 101 next Wednesday. Friends, colleagues, parents, and students: this class will help interns start strong, communicate well, and make the most of their summer opportunity. https://lnkd.in/eVC94h3U

All roles are FREE! For the past few weeks, we’ve been rethinking how Rivo should feel for students. The answer was pretty simple. Finding internships is already stressful enough. Accessing the roles should not be another barrier. So we opened up all internship roles on Rivo for free. No subscription needed. No paywall. Still a lot to improve, but this feels like the right direction for what we’re building. https://rivocareers.ca/

Looks like a very useful supplement for graduate education if you have an NSF grant. I have not looked at the details so don't shoot the messenger. Always read instructions...
I encourage current NSF awardees to apply for a supplement for graduate students interested in doing an internship outside of academics: https://lnkd.in/esyfAdVA

We are grateful to be an annual community partner with #TeensTakeTheMet ! 🎉 More than 200 teens engaged with our activity table and got a taste of the theatre-making experience we provide across our Learning & Community Engagement programs. Through dynamic “Make-A-Play” zine templates, the young artists brainstormed characters, developed a setting, and crafted rich dialogue to create their own mini plays! Our staff and teaching artists also answered students’ questions about the theatre industry and pursuing careers in the arts. Check out a sample of our activity through the link in the comments! Through this exciting event, we are proud to build on 8 years of collaboration with The Metropolitan Museum of Art and to further our mission of empowering learners to engage joyfully and authentically with theatre. #TheatreEducation #CommunityEngagement #CommunityImpact #NonprofitPartnerships
