Still reeling from last week's network call! Check out Brian Hoffmeyer describing the role of the VMS. In my eyes, the VMS is an essential element in scaling the flexible workforce. Companies will always need a system of record, and a source of truth to turn to, and it's in every platform's best interest to have the sourcing and source of truth be separate.
