One of the strongest takeaways from SaaScon PH '26 was that good AI governance should make companies faster, not slower. Steven Rosen of Singlife Philippines talked about how governance frameworks need to grow alongside AI adoption so organizations don’t lose visibility as more teams and data sources come in. Mario Domingo of the Domingo AI Research Center Foundation emphasized that companies with strong data foundations already have a major advantage when scaling AI.
