Our latest version of Observation Live is now available for colleges, featuring a mentoring tool. This new tool can automatically pair mentors and mentees. It works by identifying staff members who excel in specific areas, such as Lesson Planning or Promoting Technology, and matching them with those who could benefit from improvement in those same areas. These attributes can be based on information from lesson observations or specific actions. Once matched, mentors and mentees can then track their progress directly within Observation Live.
