In reading the first chapter of The Need to Lead by Dave Berke ; the message is loud and clear right out of the gate. “Every single problem is a leadership problem. It is up to us as leaders to take action. The most powerful aspect of embracing this fact is that it means leadership becomes the solution to every problem.” Powerful and accurate. In business we have several challenges: The economy , how do we account for market fluctuations in materials or consumer spending ?
