Proud to share that I have successfully completed the Executive Leadership Program delivered by Headspring Executive Development - IE Business School, as part of Mobily Elite GDP. The program consisted of 5 modules and concluded with a create-a-thon experience in Madrid. Thank you Mobily for the support and opportunities that made this experience truly rewarding. I would like to sincerely thank Basim Mobarak , Khalid Alghamdi, and Raghad Assiri for their continuous support and belief throughout. I am deeply grateful to Isabelle Bester , Dr. Alexander Jader (PhD, MBA, BA Honours) , Marieluise Maiwald,Claire French, and Alberto Levy for their exceptional guidance, practical knowledge, and dedication in making this program truly valuable. 𝟭𝟬 𝗮ñ𝗼𝘀 𝗺á𝘀 𝘁𝗮𝗿𝗱𝗲... Habitualmente no me prodigo en compartir todos los momentos en redes sociales. Es posible que guarde cierto pudor clásico de mi generación (https://lnkd.in/d-D-FX-t). Y aunque siempre he pensado que compartir es valioso para todas las partes, últimamente he caído en la deriva de sospechar que solo estoy alimentando y generando base de entrenamiento con datos para un futuro agente de IA, dejan de ser imágenes de un momento para ser training data. Dicho lo cual, procedo a compartir porque este ejercicio tiene carga emocional. Hace 10 años que dejé de trabajar en BBVA. Y exactamente hace 10 años, el 1 de abril de 2015. La vida es casual y te regala estas circunstancias que generan anclaje emocional. He vuelto a la que fue mi casa durante casi dos décadas. El pasado martes 1 de abril me encontraba con un grupo de ejecutivos de Talento y Cultura de BBVA compartiendo aprendizajes y reflexiones sobre Tecnología y tendencias en IA como parte del programa 𝗕𝗕𝗩𝗔 𝗧&𝗖 𝗨𝗽𝘀𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗱 organizado por Headspring Executive Development. Nadie es profeta en su tierra, ¿o sí? Mil gracias a Miriam Bieger Vera, Gloria Lamas, Mercedes Albert Mendoza, Ana Isabel Olmeda Rodríguez, José Antonio Martínez Larrosa, por contar conmigo en este programa. Ha sido un placer volver a encontrar amigos. Un abrazo a todos los participantes del programa por dejarme cumplir 10 años de mi salida de BBVA con BBVA.
