I see a big hand drawn revival in my algorithm. So I am taking some time to make hand drawn examples as that is a big industry want. Admittedly, one of my strengths is in rigging a character so you can get the most out of it, I don’t believe a puppet necessarily means puppet looking animation. It helps keep characters on model and speeds up the pipeline astronomically. However, there is certainly charm in each frame drawn out. Animated at 24fps in Procreate Dreams. Character and voice (it was a one take, don’t judge) are my own. #animation #2D #handdrawn

How to cut your 3D revision time by 50% Most 3D projects stall in the feedback phase. In an animation, it is a specific sequence of frames. When you provide feedback like "the animation feels jumpy in the middle," you are forcing the artist to guess what you mean. Guessing leads to re-rendering. Re-rendering leads to extra costs. I use video commenting tools for a reason. You click the specific frame, leave your note, and the feedback is pinned with that exact timecode. It helps to get precision in communication, thus precision in the final render.
