Excited to share one of my recent projects where I designed an automated workflow to streamline the recruitment process for AI Instructor roles. 🔹 What this workflow does: Collects candidate data through an application form Extracts key information from uploaded resumes (PDF parsing) Cleans and structures the data for analysis Uses an AI Agent (LLM) to evaluate candidate profiles Generates structured outputs for decision-making Automatically stores results in Google Sheets Sends automated email responses based on selection criteria 🔹 Tech Stack: n8n | AI Agents | Google Gemini | Structured Output Parsing | Google Sheets API | Automation Workflows 🔹 Key Highlights: ✔ End-to-end automation of recruitment screening ✔ Reduced manual effort in resume filtering ✔ Real-time decision-making using AI ✔ Seamless integration with email and data storage This project helped me dive deeper into Agentic AI workflows, automation pipelines, and real-world AI integration. 🚀 From learning AI to building with AI. Over the past few months, I've been exploring Artificial Intelligence through certifications, hackathons, open-source programs, and research opportunities. But one lesson stood out: 💡 Learning AI becomes truly valuable when it solves real-world problems. With that mindset, I built an AI-Powered LinkedIn Job Tracker using n8n, Google Gemini, RSS Feeds, and Google Sheets. 🔹 The workflow automatically tracks job postings. 🔹 Extracts relevant technical skills from job descriptions using AI. 🔹 Generates personalized cover letters tailored to each role. 🔹 Organizes everything into a structured Google Sheet for efficient application tracking. Thank you to everyone who responded to my post a few days ago about training teams on AI. I received a lot more DMs than I expected, and the responses were really helpful. One thing that stood out to me is that the organizations making real progress do not seem to be buying software first. They are building understanding first. That makes sense to me. Before a team can use AI well, people need to understand what it is good at, where it falls short, how to review the output, and when human judgment still needs to lead. I am sharing this as another resource for anyone working through the same thing with their team. Still curious, are people using a structured curriculum, bringing in a vendor, building something internally, or keeping it mostly informal and self-directed?
