Indiana University Kelley School of Business Brings Business Education to Indiana Companies

Impacting companies beyond the classroom … bringing business school to businesses in Indiana. If we as faculty show companies how to implement a best-in-class business operating system and apply artificial intelligence within their enterprise, and coach them along the way, then management concepts that we teach quickly become practice. This defines a new mission for Enterprise Corps, the small business accelerator of the Indiana University - Kelley School of Business hosted by the Indiana Business Research Center. Last Friday at 16 Tech Innovation District, we launched our first cohort of 20 central Indiana businesses who will work with coaches from the Kelley School and Indy Chamber for a year to transform their organizations and scale their operations. We are partnering with Scott Abbott and his company BOS-UP for our business coaching platform, certification, and methodology. This is a game changer! BOS-UP equips Kelley faculty to make “house calls” and take their world class expertise directly into Hoosier businesses. Thank you Scott for an invigorating collaboration! We are taking business school to the front lines of value creation on Main Street Indiana. This is just another way we serve our state at Indiana University!
