Should You Have A Webinar or Not? It's a great question that has some nuance, but here are my thoughts.... I posted my 3 minute video in the first comment for your quick consumption. 𝗛𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗺𝘆 𝘁𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵𝘁𝘀: We've been using 𝗱𝗶𝘀𝗴𝘂𝗶𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝘀𝗮𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘁𝘀 to pre- sell high ticket and seeing sales increase monthly. 𝗪𝗜𝗧𝗛𝗢𝗨𝗧 𝗔 𝗤𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, no matter your business, ADD a webinar... and a "Group" Sales Call where all your leads jump on after they review the webinar. Here's why: Lead cost is gonna increase by 30% over the next 2.5 months. If you want to end 2025 with an increase and PROFIT. Add MORE "Assets that convert for you. 𝟯. 𝗠𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘁𝘀, 𝗟𝗼𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗿 𝗙𝘂𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗹𝘀, 𝗶𝗻 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝘆 𝗙𝗼𝗿𝗺𝘀: take your webinar and cut it up using A.I. Take You group sales call...and take the questions...cut them up using A.I. Syndicate in your email, text, FB, IG, YT, X, and TiK Tock. This may seem like a shotgun approach, but it's not. Your leads don't trust anyone and the more they consume the better. That's how you WIN! Be the NETFLIX for your Best Leads... let them consume as much as possible in as short amount of time. Need help? See below! Rootin' For You! We stopped chasing clients. We built systems and processes to bring the clients to us, and you can too. 🛠️ By building systems and processes that consistently bring people to us, we create a steady flow of qualified prospects who already see the value we provide. In this video, I share how hosting educational workshops not only positions us as experts but also gives potential clients a chance to connect with us before they decide to move forward. #BusinessGrowth #MarketingStrategy #LeadGeneration #AuthorityBuilding

I’ve run over 100 webinars in my current role, and they’ve become one of the strongest drivers of our sales pipeline. One thing is clear: Gen Z won’t sit through your 60-minute slide deck. If your webinar feels like a lecture, you’ve already lost them. Here’s what I’ve learned after running so many: • Keep it short, sharp, and interactive. • Treat webinars like product launches: one clear focus, a crisp 7-10 minute live demo, quick polls to segment intent, and a tightly moderated Q&A. • Speed matters. Follow up within 24 hours with clips, recaps, and nurture flows. That’s how you turn passive attendees into active intent. This shift has consistently delivered 10x more signups on webinar days compared to regular days and more importantly, real conversions. I shared these and more in Tekpon , where I was featured as an Expert Voice. Big thanks to Cristian Dina for such a seamless interview. I’d love to hear from other marketers, what’s worked (or flopped) for you when running webinars? Read the full piece- link in comments! #Webinars #B2BMarketing #Growth #ExpertVoices

“I’m just going to wing it. I’m better on the fly.” Can’t tell you how many times I’ve heard that prepping presenters for prospect webinars, sales kickoffs, and partner trainings. Scripts have their place, depending on how your process and preparation work, but most of us don’t have time to memorize and even pros can come off stiff when they do. So how do you plan for success without reading a novel? Use bullet points, not a script. Prepare your talk like…a talk: → Intro: hook that actually resonates with this audience → Story: the problem framed in a way they feel seen → Demonstrate: show a simple path/solution (not every feature) → Next step: one clear action to move forward → Close: in a confident and helpful way instead of pressure sales Then practice with a timer. Yes—every time. The best rehearse. Or you could wing it and hope you don't lose your audience in a lengthy rant... Are you better scripted or unscripted? 👇 Want to host a great webinar?
