You can automate accuracy. You can’t automate empathy. Many know that I came from education and transitioned into edtech sales. You know what many don’t know? I still tutor kids. Do I need the money? No. In fact, I keep my rate intentionally affordable. So why do I do it? Because it reminds me why I started. Every week I sit down with a student struggling through a math problem. And sure—AI could scan their homework and spit out the right answer in seconds. But there’s something AI can’t replicate: ✨ the moment their eyes light up when it finally clicks ✨ the patience it takes to walk them through the process ✨ the belief you build when you tell them, “You’ve got this” It’s not about the answer. It’s about the journey to understanding. And that’s the heart of what I do now, too. Whether it’s guiding a district team through a customer-service transformation or helping them leverage AI the right way—it’s still about teaching, empowering, and unlocking that “aha” moment. Technology gives us speed. But people give it meaning. 💡
