Over the past quarter, we’ve done a lot of listening — to customers, to the market, and honestly… to ourselves. And here’s the truth: AI adoption in higher ed is all over the place. Some institutions are going all in. Others? Not quite ready. We get it. So after a lot of deep reflection (and at least one very serious whiteboard session), we’ve made a bold decision: 👉 We’re going multi-product. Introducing Element0 — a fully AI-free version of our platform, purpose-built for institutions that aren’t ready for AI… and may never be. Initial roadmap includes: 📠 𝑭𝒂𝒙𝑭𝒍𝒐𝒘 Automated student communications… delivered entirely via fax.
