If your posts aren’t converting, it’s not your product… it’s how your message is structured. Day 2 was all about funnel copy and strategy… and this one really changed how I see things. Before, I thought good copy meant being creative. Now I see it’s more about being clear. If people don’t get it fast, they won’t take action. I realized every part of the funnel has a job , from headline to FAQ. It’s not just writing… there’s a flow behind it. Headline → gets attention Body → builds interest CTA → tells them what to do FAQ → removes doubts Another shift for me: Focus on the problem first, not the offer. Keep it simple , just how people actually talk. And the biggest one… Strategy comes first. If the message isn’t clear, the copy won’t work. That’s why these became my takeaways. Because now I see copy differently , not just writing… but guiding people step by step to say YES. #FMA3DayFunnelChallenge #Day2

I tried 2 types of posts on LinkedIn 👇 Post 1: Well written Proper structure Perfect grammar Post 2: Simple Relatable Little bit raw Guess which one performed better? 😅 👉 Post 2 That’s when I realized… People don’t come here to read perfect content. They come to feel something. If it’s relatable… they stop, read, and engage 💯 Still learning… but this changed how I write now 😄 👉 What type of posts do you enjoy more? A. Polished & professional B. Simple & relatable #ContentCreation #LinkedInGrowth #PersonalBranding #DigitalMarketing #BarathVibes

A founder told me this on our first call: “Can you just make me sound smart on LinkedIn?” 😄 I told him: “No. I’ll make you sound like yourself-just clearer.” That’s the real difference between writing content and ghostwriting. Good ghostwriting is not performance. It’s precision 🎯 I spend more time understanding how founders think… than actually writing the post. ➡️How they make decisions. ➡️What frustrates them. ➡️What they strongly disagree with. Because authority doesn’t come from polished words. It comes from perspective 🧠 The internet already has enough “smart sounding” content. What it lacks is conviction. People don’t follow perfection. They follow clarity ✨ And clarity creates trust 🤝 Some of the best-performing posts I’ve written were not the most polished. They were the most honest. That’s what people remember. Not fancy words. Real thoughts. 💯 👇 If someone ghostwrote for you, would you want "polished content" or "authentic content"? #LinkedInGhostwriting #FounderContent #CEOBranding #PersonalBrand #ThoughtLeadership

People often ask me, “How do you post consistently?” “What motivates you to keep writing even when you’re not getting much reach?” And honestly, this is the reason. When people say, “Your content is thoughtful.” “Your posts are insightful.” “This was worth reading.” Because no matter how many likes or impressions a post gets, if it helps even one person, makes someone think, or makes someone feel understood… then it was absolutely worth spending time writing and sharing it on LinkedIn. ✨ If your words made even one person feel understood, your content already did its job. #LinkedIn #ContentCreation #ThoughtLeadership #PersonalBranding #Storytelling

you post something and people start writing under it confirms... your content is helping someone. if they're not showing up, it doesn't mean your content isn't worth engaging with. it's just a matter of time. people find people they relate to and connect with. so if no one's coming through comments or DMs yet keep showing up. enjoy the process of figuring out a saturated market, where non-pros sound like pros, pros aren't even showing up, and the ones showing up aren't sure if they're pros or not. you're on the safer side. you're aware of your ICP, your strengths, your goals. that's a lot. it's a process. and the only way out is patience. and if even one person joins you through a comment or a DM that's already a win. “You don’t have expertise in my niche. How will you write for me?” A founder said this on our call and that’s a fair question. So this is how I answered him: 1.) I do extensive research I study the outliers in your niche, your audience’s real pain points and what content formats are actually working so we can use them for you specifically. 2.) I understand your voice first The biggest ghostwriting mistake is writing in your own voice instead of the client’s. I learn yours through voice notes, messages, calls and an onboarding form. I also ask exactly what words, styles and tones are a BIG no for you. 3.) I keep a document of everything Every line that needed to be changed, every visual that the client didn’t like and why is recorded. I built this in the first month and refer to it every single time I write for you. 4.) I ask a lot of questions every week What happened this week? What story do you want to share? What problem did you solve? This is what makes it actually feel like you. 5.) My clients vouch for it I have written for founders in niches I knew nothing about before working with them. The results speak louder than my explanation ever will. So if you want to skip the frustration of doing this yourself, Book a call here: https://lnkd.in/gsC8JSSp

Do you speak the right language? 🈺 One of the biggest mistakes I still see: We write how WE talk… not how our AUDIENCE talks. (sorry for the caps) Let me give you an example: ❌ “Optimize your content strategy for better engagement” ✅ “Why are my posts getting zero likes?” Same message. Completely different impact. Your audience is not thinking in “strategy frameworks”. They’re thinking: “Why is this not working?” “What should I post tomorrow?”“Am I doing this wrong?” That’s your copy. 💥 Take action: 1️⃣ Go to your last client call / WhatsApp / DM. 2️⃣ Steal 3 exact sentences they used. 3️⃣ Use those in your next post. Done.

Who among us hasn't quickly written a post… and hit "publish" without thinking? 🤔 You write whatever's on your mind… you publish it immediately… and then you wait for interaction… But nothing happens. No likes to speak of No comments No real impact And you ask yourself: What's the problem? The problem is probably not the idea… The problem is that you published without thinking it through. Before you write any content… Ask yourself just 3 questions 👇 Who are you writing for? Every piece of content is written for a specific person—not everyone. Define your audience: What's their level of understanding? What are their concerns? What language do they think in? Content aimed at a specific customer penetrates much more effectively than content aimed at everyone, because the reader feels you're speaking directly to them. 2. Why are you writing? Every post has only one purpose—no more. Do you want to teach? Inspire? Sell? Build trust? Content that tries to achieve everything at once achieves nothing. Clarity of purpose is what gives each sentence direction and each idea weight. 3. Is the timing right? The right content at the wrong time is wasted. Every platform has peak hours when your audience is most engaged, and times when competition for attention is at its highest. Strategic posting—tied to timing, occasion, and the general mood—amplifies the impact of the same content. One professionally written post is better than 10 random ones. If this clarifies anything for you… send this post to someone who needs to hear it. 🤍

Most people don’t have a content problem. They have a clarity problem. Their posts are: • Too long • Hard to read • No clear message So people scroll. I’ve been working on fixing this in my own writing: → Short lines → Clear structure → One simple idea per post It makes a big difference. Still learning. Still improving. If you’re trying to grow here, start with clarity. Everything else follows 🚀 #LinkedIn #ContentWriting #PersonalBranding #Growth #StudentLife

My exact pre-writing process that clients pay me for ,before I’ve written a single word: 1. I stalk your audience (legally) I go where your ideal clients complain. Reddit threads, quora questions, competitor comment sections. I’m not looking for what they want. I’m looking for what’s keeping them up at 3am. That’s the post. That’s always the post. 2. I break up with your brand voice Then get back together with it. I read your old content and I ask: “Who is this person when they’re not trying to sound professional?” THAT version of you? That’s who people actually buy from. 3. I build your “enemy” Every great piece of content has a villain. A wrong belief, a bad habit or an industry lie. I find yours. Cuz people don’t share content that agrees with them, they share content that finally says what they were thinking. 4. I run the “So what?” test I take every point and ask it out loud. Most content dies here. “Here are 5 tips for productivity.” —>So what? “Here’s why your productivity system is making you lazier.” —> NOW we’re talking. 5. I find the one person Not your “target audience.” One specific human. What do they do Sunday night? What do they dread Monday morning? What would make them screenshot this post and text it to someone? Write for that person. The algorithm rewards you with everyone else. Most people think they’re paying me to write but they’re actually paying me to think. The writing takes 2 hours, this process takes days and it’s why the content actually works :) #ScribbledByS LinkedIn And if you want this process working for your brand ,my DMs are open.

Many professionals, especially introverts, struggle with visibility in business. Direct marketing can feel overwhelming, but writing offers a powerful alternative. It allows for increased visibility and a clear voice without being overly assertive. This approach, "Schreib dich hörbar" (Write Yourself Audible), emphasizes how crafting your message through writing can make you seen and heard in the professional world. #Introvert #Visibility #ContentMarketing #PersonalBranding #ProfessionalGrowth
