After spending most of my career in the creative industry, I pivoted into HR at 33. Three years into the journey, I realized how much more I still needed to learn about HR and business. After being laid off, I used the time to study and deepen my understanding of HR functions, leadership, and business acumen by taking SHRM certification. Starting from zero wasn’t easy at all, but today I’m excited and relieved to share that I’ve officially passed the SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) exam. #Certified This personal achievement reflects growth, resilience, and my commitment to continuous learning. Looking forward to applying this knowledge and continuing to grow in my HR career! 😄
