🚨 Everyone says AI is replacing trainers — but it can never replace the warmth of genuine human feedback. In every training session I conduct, the part I look forward to the most isn’t the slides or activities — it’s the feedback. Not the automated ratings or digital forms, but the kind that comes with heart. Once, I received an audio clip filled with gratitude. Another time, a handwritten note that still stays close to me. No algorithm can replicate that. Because while AI can measure engagement, only humans can express connection. 💬 What’s the most memorable feedback you’ve ever received or given? Share it below — let’s keep the human side of learning alive. #LeadershipDevelopment #LearningCulture #HumanConnection #TrainerLife #GrowthMindset #FeedbackMatters #EmotionalIntelligence

Imagine a secure space for personal and professional development, where everything is encrypted and stays on one platform. Unlike throwing coaching questions into the AI void, this AI is programmed from a women-centered coaching perspective. Resources support each coaching session, offering tools for building capacity over time. Features include reflection prompts, progress tracking, and a memory-equipped AI avatar. This allows for consistent conversations, picking up where things left off, sharing progress, and exploring deeper questions. AI and automation are changing the game — but here’s the thing: AI will never replace human connection. It’s a tool, a partner, a guide. But the heart of coaching — understanding emotions, motivations, and human context — can’t be automated. No algorithm can replicate a deep conversation that helps someone see their blind spots or break through a barrier. The future of analytics and coaching? Humans who leverage AI intelligently, not blindly. Those who can combine data with empathy, strategy with intuition, will lead the change. So my advice: embrace AI, but never lose sight of the human element. After all, a human still writes a program — and the most meaningful results still come from real people working together

Imagine combining the precision of AI with the nuance of human behaviour training. That’s what we’re doing at Ad Astra. Our digital coaching tools track and interpret key behavioural signals — like decision quality, attention control, verbal tone, and fatigue risk — and deliver contextual feedback, in real time. It’s not surveillance — it’s support It’s not replacing soft skills — it enhances them It’s not hypothetical — it’s already in use in coaching, reviews, and development planning What this looks like: Post-task insights to help managers coach more effectively Predictive fatigue and overload warnings before performance dips Team dynamics dashboards to catch communication breakdowns before they spiral In a digital world, human performance tools must evolve. AI isn’t replacing humans — it’s helping them become self-monitoring, self-correcting, and continuously improving. It's the future of performance — and it’s already here. #AIAndHumans #DigitalCoaching #PeopleAnalytics #HumanFactors #PerformanceSupport #FutureOfWork

This week we launched our IMPACT Year-End Performance process, powered by AI but centered on people. Our goal is to help leaders and employees spend less time on prep and more time in meaningful conversations and coaching. The AI tools we’ve introduced are designed to streamline effort, enhance quality, and (we hope!) save hundreds of hours this quarter. - Goal-Progress GPT (built in-house) helps employees summarize the years progress towards their goals and highlight growth opportunities. - Manager Input Coach GPT (built in-house) supports leaders in drafting balanced, performance-aligned feedback. - Lio – an AI conversational coach powered by MindGym that helps managers practice and refine their feedback skills, coached by AI (it's excellent!). We’re also doubling down on human connection with live training, in-person prep session, and feedback tools that ensure our performance reviews and discussions are grounded in data and insights. Governed by our Legal and Risk committees, these tools ensure we keep people at the heart of performance but hopefully reduce eye-rolls with the year-end process! 𝐀𝐈 𝐢𝐬 𝐟𝐢𝐱𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐦𝐨𝐬𝐭 𝐛𝐫𝐨𝐤𝐞𝐧 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐬 𝐢𝐧 𝐛𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬: 𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭. This is the kind of AI disruption we 𝑛𝑒𝑒𝑑. Performance management done better, with less admin and more meaningful conversations. Love seeing how Tina Gupta and the team at New York Life are leading the way with AI that doesn’t replace managers, but develops them. Their use of 𝐋𝐢𝐨, MindGym’s AI coach that helps leaders practice and refine their feedback skills, is a great example of how technology can truly enable better leadership. AI can free up hundreds of wasted hours and reinvest that time where it matters most, helping people grow. #AI #PerformanceManagement #LeadershipDevelopment #MindGym #FutureOfWork
