    The CalOptima Regional Extension Center (COREC) is a federally-designated, non-profit, vendor neutral Regional Extension Center, funded by the Office of the National Coordinator, Department of Health and Human Services, operating throughout Orange County California.

    COREC facilitates the selection, implementation and achievement of meaningful use of electronic health records. It intends to be at the forefront of providing practices with integrated data analytics to achieve optimal patient health and disease management.

    As part of this outreach and marketing services, COREC has been working with inScope Group and its team in a number of ways including the overall project management, online tools for project management, outreach and ongoing marketing to our program members and the facilitation of new members.

    inScope developed, built, implemented and maintains one of the key success factors that COREC use with all its service partners – their MMC (Milestone Management Center) is an online Intranet solution for monitoring all project management

    HITEC-LA is an independent, non-profit organization working as a project of L.A. Care Health Plan, the nation’s largest public health plan, who is also dedicated to supporting safety net providers. Approximately two-thirds of L.A. County's primary care providers are contracted network providers of L.A. Care, so in working with HITEC-LA, both organizations can support providers and further improve the quality care for all patients in Los Angeles County.

    HITEC-LA is an independent, non-profit organization working as a project of L.A. Care Health Plan, the nation’s largest public health plan, who is also dedicated to supporting safety net providers. Approximately two-thirds of L.A. County's primary care providers are contracted network providers of L.A. Care, so in working with HITEC-LA, both organizations can support providers and further improve the quality care for all patients in Los Angeles County.

    inScope was chosen as one of four exclusive Service Partners to HITEC-LA to facilitate the marketing, outreach and education of the HITEC act to qualifying health care providers in the Los Angeles county. The inScope solution includes the master Project Management system that allows 20+ staff to manage the flow in real time of each and every health care provider in the county in terms of what education has been provided, what level of EHR adoption has been completed and ultimately what government incentives have been claimed.

    One of the central challenges of this project that was awarded in 2010 and continues presently is that there is a lot of technical information to educate providers on. This information needs to be understood correctly to allow them to make a purchasing decision of an EHR system, which needs to be implemented and used according to very tight ‘meaningful use’ standards. Only if meaningful use is correctly achieved, can these providers (which are often small businesses comprising of only one or two doctors) collect the government incentives, which ultimately pay for the cost of purchasing and implementing the EHR solution.

    EDTA is the preeminent industry association dedicated to advancing electric drive as a foundation for sustainable transportation. It serves as the unified voice of a diverse industry, and the primary source of information and education related to electric drive. Our membership includes major vehicle manufacturers, utilities, battery, charging and component suppliers, trade associations, universities and research institutions, government agencies, non-profit organizations, fleet-users, retail outlets and consumers.

    GoElectricDrive.com takes that initiative and markets it to the general public. This project involved working with over 100 individuals representing over 60 organizations.

    For Motorola, inScope provided considerable marketing consulting and both the strategy and implementation of public relations across all Motorola business united (network telecom services, first responder and hand held devices) over 20 countries.

    inScope delivered outreach and marketing services to Motorola wrapped in a custom developed application that would manage the public relations team in-house as well as multiple public relations agencies working across international time zones in multiple languages.

    inScope was able to successfully launch Motorola PR Command Center on time and with in budget. The system was launched in Europe and the Middle East, where today it serves as the single Motorola portal for public relations collaboration, process management and document-management platform.

    The Motorola PR Command Center has now been deployed in the past 2 years in over 20 countries and works in 10 languages.
