At the beginning of the month, President & CEO, Dr. Terrie Andrews, was a presenter at the Nonprofit Center of Northeast Florida's Data Day. 💙 Data Day brought together nonprofits, researchers, local data providers, and mission-driven partners to explore how data can spark community activation and impact. Among the Ignite Presentations, Dr. Terrie talked about how gathering data helped our Friends get the care they needed and reduced readmission rates with our hospital partners. Our community is only as good as the people who build it up. We're lucky to have the data to continue to help people find their voice in times of need.

Great case studies are not just marketing assets. They are proof of impact. I recently joined Adam Weeks on Open Channels FM Podcast Network to discuss what makes a case study truly valuable and why businesses and nonprofits should treat customer stories as strategic tools, not afterthoughts. At Servebolt, we work with organizations where performance, reliability, and the right digital foundation directly affect what they are able to achieve. That is why client stories matter to us. They show the real-world outcomes behind the technology: faster platforms, stronger user experiences, and more room for teams to focus on the work that matters. One of those stories is our work with the ADINA STIFTELSEN (Adina Foundation Norway), a nonprofit whose mission deserves technology that supports, not slows down, their impact. Thank you, Adam, for the conversation and for creating space to talk about the role strong client narratives play in building trust, credibility, and growth. This was a fun piece to write because it pulls together so many to do so much. It's transformational work. The George and Frances Ball Foundation’s Cradle to Career Muncie initiative works at the center of the community by connecting schools, nonprofits, funders, and local leaders around shared data and goals. By embedding a data team within Muncie Community Schools and engaging partners across sectors, the initiative helps organizations coordinate efforts, identify student needs, and align resources to drive collective impact and long-term community outcomes.
