The shift in experiential learning from logging hours to proving readiness feels particularly relevant for UK higher education right now. With placement capacity under pressure and the OfS pushing for clear employment outcomes, the old models are creaking. These five predictions for 2026 are spot on, especially the move towards more flexible placement models and using AI to manage quality at scale, rather than just replacing tasks. For anyone in a UK uni trying to balance authentic work experience with efficient workflows, this is a good read. Read now: https://lnkd.in/gGz5Bjbm #ExperientialLearningCloud #UKHigherEd #Lumivero

I heard something today that intrigued me: "The half-life of AI skills is measured in months, not years." That is not because people are getting worse at it or not trying. It is because the tools, models, and expectations are changing faster than any traditional learning path can keep up with. You have to just start learning and understanding what you can. What seems to matter more now: • Learning how to ask better questions, not memorizing prompts • Understanding where AI is strong vs where humans must stay accountable • Building habits around continuous experimentation, not one time training • Knowing how to evaluate outputs, not just accept them • Staying grounded in business context, not tool features Basically, all of that revolves around still using your brain!! 🧠 And understanding how AI is an aid and not just the answer. So, do not think of learning AI as trying to master a tool... Think of it as continuous learning... Stacking one brick on top of the other 🧱 Stay ahead of the curve!!! #bakerbytes #learning #artificialintelligence #dataskills #future

How to avoid AI shiny object syndrome: With so many AI applications falling flat, how do you avoid investing in flashy features that fail to deliver real results for learners? We rely on our tested High Engagement at Scale™ framework to create effective learning experiences. In our latest blog post, we examine 3 examples of how to apply learning design best practices to AI feature development and prioritization: 1. AI navigation that surfaces exactly the right content at the right time 2. Socratic tutors that scale one-on-one coaching 3. Simulation chatbots that let people practice high-stakes conversations in low-risk environments Read the full article to learn how proven learning principles can transform your AI strategy. https://hubs.li/Q03_TS5k0 #HighEngagementatScale #AI #learning

There’s a reason so many AI pilots stall out. They look impressive, but they don’t change behavior. The AI efforts that survive the pilot phase share one thing in common. They are designed to DO real work for real users. At Studion, we start with the job to be done. From there, we define the key ingredients that differentiate the experience and actually drive behavior change as measured by engagement. That combination provides the WHY for AI. It tells you where AI earns its keep and where it doesn’t. High Engagement at Scale is the lens we use to make those calls. This article and white paper shareshow we think about designing and prioritizing AI features that actually ship, scale, and deliver results.

Calling AI in education “just a chatbot” misses the real shift. A chatbot reacts. 🤖 LeveragAI designs learning. With Generative AI, LeveragAI helps organizations: 📊Detect skill gaps before they become business risks 🎙️Build multi-modal learning experiences with life like audio 🧩Create adaptive simulations that evolve with each learner This isn’t about adding AI to education. It’s about re-architecting how learning is created and delivered. From static content to dynamic systems. From generic training to human centric learning at scale. What part of AI driven learning still raises questions for you? 🤔 #AIInEducation #MythBusting #LeveragAI #LearningAndDevelopment #TechTalk

SDFT — a method that lets LLMs learn new skills continuously without forgetting what they already know. - On-policy learning: Uses reverse KL divergence between student and teacher, learning from its own generated trajectories rather than fixed offline data - Scaling advantage: Gap over SFT increases with model size — 3B to 14B parameter models show stronger benefits - Teacher stabilization: Uses exponential moving average to maintain training stability while the teacher tracks learning progress This is a step toward truly adaptive AI systems that can accumulate knowledge and skills over time — like human learning — without costly retraining. #MachineLearning #AI #LLM #ContinualLearning #CatastrophicForgetting #SelfDistillation #ReinforcementLearning #FoundationModels #AIResearch #DeepLearning #TransferLearning #LifelongLearning #ArtificialIntelligence

Building a learning path no longer requires long programs or endless course libraries. With Generative AI, learning can be designed around your goals, your time, and your current skill level not generic job descriptions. AI driven learning makes it possible to: •Clarify intent before content •Adapt depth based on real difficulty •Move faster where confidence exists, slower where mastery is needed This shift changes learning from consumption to capability building. When education aligns with how people actually work and think, progress accelerates and motivation follows. The future of learning isn’t standardized. It’s adaptive, intentional, and personal. 👉 What skill are you focusing on building right now? #AIChips #PersonalizedLearning #CareerGrowth #TechTrends2026
