AI won’t replace you. But someone using AI might. Two-thirds of corporate leaders say they won’t consider candidates without AI skills. We should also respect and hold in thought those roles which cannot be replaced by AI - such as care. Those roles requiring presence. I think they are so important because those frontline roles develop emotional intelligence, judgement, compassion - they are really human. Make their lives easier. Make their pay better. Ensure adequate staffing. But Care, Education etc people who seek relational fulfilment in work. Progress is not progress if people are left behind.

Most people here are talking about AI like it’s a tool to learn, but I see something different. AI doesn’t create an advantage on its own; it exposes whether you’re focused on outputs or outcomes. You can generate endless content, messages, and ideas… and still not move the needle. The shift happens when AI is tied to real goals, revenue, relationships, decisions, not just activity. Where are you using AI to produce more, or to actually achieve more?

AI = Artificial Intelligence 🤖 But let’s be honest… 😄 👉 AI: Almost Intelligent 👉 Or sometimes… Actually Impressive 👉 And on bad days… Accidentally Incorrect

I would invest in people rather than in AI, unless being crafted carefully.

AI has been great for me reinventing myself and identifying my USPs, honing into unique career pathways. As he says: “only you can be you.”
